Philosophy
The Centaline Financial Elite Club was established to recognize the efforts and outstanding performances of outstanding colleagues, thereby honoring them and boosting morale.
The Elite Club is guided by the principle of "Gathering Elites, Nurturing New Stars." Through various training courses and exchange activities, we aim to broaden the horizons of our members and enhance their skills. Additionally, the Elite Club actively participates in public welfare activities, giving back to society while also increasing members' exposure to the community.
Joining the Elite Club is both an honor and a recognition of one's capabilities. We hope that the advantages of being amember and the experiences gained from participating in the activities will inspire new talents joining the company and colleagues who have yet to qualify for membership to continue striving for excellence.
Finally, with the development of the company, we hope the number of outstanding individuals selected for Elite Club will grow from the initial dozens to over a hundred Elite Club members each year.
Message from the President (2026) – Janice Chu
It is a profound honor to serve as the President of the CFS Elite Club for 2026. I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support and trust from the management and all our members. This role is a privilege, but more importantly, it is a responsibility that I hold in high regard. Throughout my career of over 20 years in financial planning, I have remained dedicated to professional excellence. Since earning the Registered Financial Planner (RFP) designation and the 38th Distinguished Salesperson Award (DSA), I have strived to push the boundaries of our industry. Since 2016, I have consistently achieved MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) membership, receiving COT (Court of the Table) honors from 2018 to 2020, and reaching the pinnacle of the industry as a TOT (Top of the Table) member multiple times since 2021. These milestones have reinforced my core belief: professionalism is not merely about technical skills or performance, but about a steadfast commitment to our clients’ long-term interests and the delivery of meticulous service.
In recent years, amid market volatility and global challenges, we have remained closely connected with our clients. By providing integrated financial solutions—ranging from family protection and investment growth to overseas properties and estate planning—we have helped our clients navigate uncertainty and find stable paths to wealth. Looking ahead, I envision the CFS Elite Club continuing to serve as a premier hub for professional exchange and lifestyle excellence. My goal is twofold: to deepen the sharing of knowledge and strategic insights among members, and to curate club activities that balance practical value with a refined sense of culture and humanities.
During my term, I hope every member finds this to be a place for professional growth, network expansion, and the enjoyment of high-quality life experiences amidst their busy careers.

First Metro Broadcast Charity Badminton Championship
CFG has sent seven colleagues to participate in the First Metro Broadcast Charity Badminton Championship- Business Cup competition. Everyone gave their all in the matches, demonstrating an indomitable spirit. Mrs. Shih even came to cheer them on, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere and high morale.
Zhuhai Haiquanwan Trip 2025
The Centaline Financial Elite Club will embark on a 3-day, 2-night trip to Haiquanwan, Zhuhai from June 19 to 21. This trip will not only be a relaxing getaway but also an excellent opportunity for learning.
Elite Club Takamatsu + Osaka 5-Day Tour 2025
Every year, the Centaline Financial Elite Club rewards outstanding colleagues from the previous year with an annual trip filled with wonderful memories and exciting experiences. This year, the chosen destinations are Takamatsu and Osaka.
