Philosophy
The Centaline Financial Elite Club was established to recognize the efforts and outstanding performances of outstanding colleagues, thereby honoring them and boosting morale.
The Elite Club is guided by the principle of "Gathering Elites, Nurturing New Stars." Through various training courses and exchange activities, we aim to broaden the horizons of our members and enhance their skills. Additionally, the Elite Club actively participates in public welfare activities, giving back to society while also increasing members' exposure to the community.
Joining the Elite Club is both an honor and a recognition of one's capabilities. We hope that the advantages of being amember and the experiences gained from participating in the activities will inspire new talents joining the company and colleagues who have yet to qualify for membership to continue striving for excellence.
Finally, with the development of the company, we hope the number of outstanding individuals selected for Elite Club will grow from the initial dozens to over a hundred Elite Club members each year.
Message from the President (2025) - Anda Chi
I have unknowingly entered this great platform, Centaline Financial Group, for 15th years. Throughout these years, I have always adhered to the belief of "People-oriented and empathetic with others," approaching my work with sincerity and a commitment to helping clients understand their financial goals clearly. Also, assisting them in selecting the most suitable products to achieve future financial freedom easily.
Over the years, the trust of my clients has led me to become a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and the Elite Club. This year, I am honored and grateful to be appointed as the President of the Elite Club for 2025. I am determined to equip myself further, maximize my potential, and work alongside all members to infuse energy, introduce new ideas, and explore more business possibility.
Entering 2025, the world is in turmoil, and the investment environment is fraught with potential instability. The financial market will face significant challenges. This year, our group is continuously innovating and enhancing our business systems with more technology, and we look forward to a stronger and greater corporate environment.

Qianhai Huafa Winter Appreciation Festival
In mid-December, members of the Centaline Financial Services Limited Elite Club went to Qianhai Huafa to participate in the Winter Appreciation Festival skiing event!
First Metro Broadcast Charity Badminton Championship
CFG has sent seven colleagues to participate in the First Metro Broadcast Charity Badminton Championship- Business Cup competition. Everyone gave their all in the matches, demonstrating an indomitable spirit. Mrs. Shih even came to cheer them on, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere and high morale.
Zhuhai Haiquanwan Trip 2025
The Centaline Financial Elite Club will embark on a 3-day, 2-night trip to Haiquanwan, Zhuhai from June 19 to 21. This trip will not only be a relaxing getaway but also an excellent opportunity for learning.
Elite Club Takamatsu + Osaka 5-Day Tour 2025
Every year, the Centaline Financial Elite Club rewards outstanding colleagues from the previous year with an annual trip filled with wonderful memories and exciting experiences. This year, the chosen destinations are Takamatsu and Osaka.
Elite Club Executive Tour to Dubai 2025
A group of executives from the Elite Club travelled to Dubai for a study tour. This trip not only broadened everyone’s horizons but also allowed us to personally experience the unique charm of this city, which was truly unforgettable!
